FIXING DRAINAGE ISSUES & BUILDING RETAINING WALLS

Would highly recommend All Round Maintenance. Sam is honest, trustworthy, hard working and a pleasure to deal with. He has done numerous jobs on our property including retaining walls, a bathroom reno, drainage work, painting and decking! All were completed to a really high standard & for a fair price. We wouldn’t go to anyone else for any future work we need!

I have used Sam to complete many tasks in my home and garden, including building decking, fences and gates, retaining wall, plumbing, rendering and concrete slabs. We’ve become a little team tackling my master home improvement plan in stages, as time and money allows. I start with the vision of what I want and Sam figures out a way to make it reality. He also tells me if another material would be more durable or cheaper, etc.

The great thing about Sam is that if you discover little issues along the way, like repositioning a downpipe would give you a better aesthetic or functional finish, then he just does it there and then. Other contractors would never do any work outside the scope they quoted on or wouldn’t want to touch plumbing when they’re strictly decking people, etc. Given Sam has a broad range of experience I find I can just deal with one person to get a multitude of tasks done. This is both more efficient and more economical.

Sam always turns up (you wouldn’t think that is worth mentioning but I’ve been ghosted by many tradespeople over the years) and sees the job through to the end. If I find we need to tweak something afterwards I just give him a call and he pops out to do it as soon as possible. I have already recommended Sam to others and will continue to do so.
